It is a common problem.
Why?
The manufacturer has not been consistent about making product available.
We often have to wait 3-4 weeks to receive product, ourselves. Unfortunately, that causes our clients to also have to wait.
We often have Homozon in stock and can ship immediately. In that cas you receive product in 2 - 4 days.
Unfortunately, we do often have delays. Seems like the last few months, it has been worse than ever.
So, we guarantee you that we can fill your order, HOWEVER, we cannot guarantee you that you will receive it immediately. We HIGHLY recommend that you allow for delays.
If you are ordering more than one canister, please make sure you order again when you have only one month's worth of product remaining, so that if you have to wait, you do not run out.
We are so sorry for this challenge. We are working with the manufacturer to try to help them produce more product, more often, and are hopeful that this will be a thing of the past by this time next year.
In the meantime, know that delays are a real possibility.
